Who we are: Muskman is a brand operated by Percury Productions LLC, a single-member limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States. We are not affiliated with Tesla, Inc., SpaceX, X Corp., the Boring Company, Neuralink, or any other company associated with Elon Musk.
All product designs are original or parodic and are protected under fair use principles applicable to the relevant jurisdictions.
Orders: Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we accept the order when we charge your payment method and dispatch the item to our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, payment issues, or pricing errors.
Pricing and payment: All prices are in US Dollars. Payment is processed through Stripe at the time of order. Sales tax is added where required by law.

Returns: See our Shipping & Returns page. We replace or refund defective, damaged, or misprinted items within 14 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for fit or change of mind.

User submissions: If you submit feedback, design ideas, or other content to us, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it. We will not publish your identifying information without permission.
Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent allowed by law, Muskman's total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
Disputes: Any dispute arising from these terms or a purchase will be resolved in the courts of New Mexico. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
